Integrated platform for your business payments in 4 steps

1. Receive and enter bills

Receive, upload and manage bills and associated documents from your payees in the Eazy Payments inbox, with an email address dedicated exclusively to your business. Add and digitize bills through a simple and efficient process. You can create users with exclusive data entry roles or give access to your accountant. Also, invite your payees as “self-service” users so that they can enter and upload their own invoices.

2. Approve

Bills can be approved by one or multiple users with the approver role through a simple process. Assisted by a notification system, each user involved logs in, approves and logs out without having to follow up or require other people.

3. Pay

Payments can be made by one or more users with the payer role. You have 4 options to pay your bills:
• On site: the system generates the checks that you print and send to your payees.
• Send by mail: we print and mail the checks to your payees, using your digital signature.
• Electronic payment (ACH): we process electronic payments to your payee, after setting up the bank account.
• Mark bills as already paid, if you use any other alternative payment method (eg cash or credit card).

4. Comply and reduce your contributions

When you pay your bills, the system AUTOMATICALLY calculates the applicable withholdings and deducts them from the payments to your payee, to then generate the bills to pay to the Treasury Department. With Eazy Payments you’ll have all the necessary information to make hassle free presentation of the 480 forms. By informing correctly, you will be able to maximize your business deductions and claim the credits paid from IVU. You will pay less contributions!
